  7. ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 1.1. Installation of PMVKPROC - Main Window Help ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ

  9. This program should be used to install and deinstall the program PMVKPROC V 2.1 
  10. (Presentation Manager View and Kill Processes). 
  11.  
  12. The installation program copies the files pmvkproc.exe and pmvkproc.hlp into 
  13. the entered directory. The directory which is entered in the Exe Directory 
  14. Entry  is first checked whether the path is existend because the entered 
  15. directory isn't made in the other case. After coping the files there is made an 
  16. entry (Key FISSOFT) in the OS2.INI file to have an hint where the help file and 
  17. the own (FISSOFT.INI) INI-file should be found (Subkey PMVKPROC).

  19. The deinstallation deletes the files which should be found under the path which 
  20. was set into the OS2.INI file. The files are pmvkproc.exe, pmvkproc.hlp and 
  21. fissoft.ini. Also the entry in the OS2.INI is deleted.

  23. The button Install  starts the installation. The button Deinstall  starts the 
  24. deinstallation procedure. The Abort  button aborts the de- or installation 
  25. procedure and will leave everything unchanged. To browse the directories on 
  26. your computer you can press the Browse  button.

  30. The program that you will install is shareware. If you install the program you 
  31. will agree with the lisence agreements down under.

  33. You can use the program for 14 days. If you will used it after that period send 
  34. 10$ to the following address:

  46. By pressing the install button the entered directory first will be checked if 
  47. it is existend. If not there will be a warning message and the installation is 
  48. stopped to enter a new directory. In the other case the files will be copied 
  49. and the installation program will be leaved.

  54. By pressing the deinstall button the files will be deleted if they are found 
  55. under the path given by the entry in the OS2.INI. If some files won't be found 
  56. the is a warning message with the full file name of the files which weren't 
  57. found. After that the program will be leaved.

  67. Enter here an existing directory path. Look in your environment variable PATH 
  68. for a good one because than there are no problems to start pmvkproc.exe from 
  69. anywhere in the system.

  74. Opens the Open Directory Window  which will allow you to browse through your 
  75. drives on your computer to select a directory. The Open Directory Window

  95. This text field will allow you to type the name of the directory you wish to 
  96. open straight away. It also displays any directory you select in Diretory  list

  127. The Drive  selectbox displays all the drives found on your computer. Selct the 
  128. drive where you want to open a directory.
